How Vista Travel Consultancy Ltd collects, uses and protects your personal information.

Last updated: 24 October 2026. Please review this policy with your legal adviser before launch and update it as your processing activities change.

1. Who we are

Vista Travel Consultancy Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a travel, education, immigration support, pilgrimage and tourism consultancy operating from the United Kingdom and Pakistan. Our United Kingdom office is at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, and our Pakistan office is at Shafeeq Plaza, A/4 Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi, Pakistan. You can contact us about this policy at contact@vistatravelconsultancy.com.

2. Information we collect

When you use our website forms or contact us, we may collect: your name, email address, telephone number, WhatsApp number, city and country of residence, your preferred contact method and time, the purpose of your enquiry, details relevant to your enquiry such as education background, profession, travel dates, group composition and budget, and any additional message you choose to send. We also record the page from which your enquiry was submitted, the date and time of submission and your consent choices.

We ask you not to submit passport numbers or payment card details through our website forms, and our forms are not designed to collect them.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, provide consultation, prepare quotations and travel or application plans, communicate with you about your enquiry by email, telephone or WhatsApp according to your stated preference, and maintain records of our correspondence with you.

4. Enquiry handling and communication

Form submissions are sent to our team mailbox at contact@vistatravelconsultancy.com and a confirmation email is sent to the address you provide. Communication by telephone or WhatsApp uses the numbers you supply. WhatsApp is operated by a third party and is subject to its own privacy terms.

5. Legal basis for processing

Where United Kingdom data protection law applies, we process your information on the basis of your consent (which you give when submitting a form), our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating our business, and, where you become a client, the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

6. Data retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting service, and to meet legal, accounting or regulatory requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may ask us to delete your enquiry information earlier, subject to any legal obligation to retain it.

7. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure form processing, protection against common web attacks and restricted access to enquiry emails. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third party processors

Your information may be processed by service providers who support our operations, such as our website hosting provider (Bluehost) and email delivery services. These providers process information on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

9. International data transfers

Because we operate in both the United Kingdom and Pakistan, and our hosting provider may store data in other countries, your information may be transferred outside the country in which you live. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

10. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies and browser storage needed for the website to function, such as session security, remembering that you have seen our enquiry popup and storing your cookie preferences. These are always active because the website cannot work without them.

With your consent, we also use the Meta Pixel, an advertising and analytics tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook). The Meta Pixel sets cookies and collects information about your visit, such as the pages you view, so that we can measure the effectiveness of our advertising and show more relevant advertisements on Meta platforms. The Meta Pixel only loads if you choose Accept All or enable non essential cookies through Manage Preferences in our cookie banner. If you choose Reject Non Essential, the Meta Pixel is not loaded and no advertising cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this website's data in your browser, which will make the cookie banner appear again. Data collected by the Meta Pixel is processed by Meta in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy and this may involve transfers of data outside the UK and the European Economic Area.

11. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent at any time, and receive a copy of your information in a portable format. To exercise any right, email contact@vistatravelconsultancy.com. If you are in the United Kingdom you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

12. Children's data

Our services are intended for adults. Where an enquiry includes details of children, for example ages of children travelling in a family group, that information should be provided by a parent or guardian and is used only to plan the requested travel arrangements.

13. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the date of the most recent update shown above.

14. Contact

Questions about this policy or your personal information can be sent to contact@vistatravelconsultancy.com, or by post to either office address shown on our Contact Us page.
